Showflat status: not yet open
As of June 2026, UOL Group, Singapore Land (SingLand) and CapitaLand Development have not announced the showflat opening or preview dates for Thomson Reserve. Specific dates appearing on third-party marketing sites are unofficial. When the sales gallery opens, viewing will be strictly by advance appointment — there are no walk-ins at the preview stage.

Why preview early
In a typical Singapore new launch, the first preview phase is where the best of both worlds meets: early-bird pricing and the fullest selection of units — high floors, preferred facings (MacRitchie-side stacks will be contested) and the most efficient layouts. Previewing early also gives you time to arrange financing calmly, including a bank In-Principle Approval, rather than deciding under booking-day pressure.
